About the role .

Responsible for mixing batter to product specifications to create optimal batter product. Works closely with Fryer Operator to ensure achieve quality product. .

What youll be doing.

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Operates all of the equipment associated with the mixing and application of French Fry batter.
• Cross trained in all Fryer equipment so as to be able to break the Fryer Operator.
• Must be willing and able to assist Fryer Operator on boil-outs.
• Ensures ingredients and equipment are free of foreign material and are in good condition to prevent contamination of the product.
• Follows mixing procedures precisely and monitors the consistency of the batter to ensure adequate coverage of the product.
• Formulates proper ingredient mixtures for different products.
• Maintains a strict inventory of raw ingredients and ensures proper rotation.
• Maintains all required documentation.
• Maintains good housekeeping in the area.

Compensation Package : $ -$ Starting at $31.31 CAD hourly Bonus eligibility Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience skill set education and training and other organizational needs.
