The Business Process Management Group (BPMG) is part of the wider Transformation Office (TO) which is a multi-skilled team charged with identifying building and deploying operational solutions leveraging tools from foundational platforms to emerging technologies. TO plays a crucial role in driving organizational change and achieving successful transformations.

Your Role:

The Lead Business Analyst will be a key member of the BPMG and will play an integral role in designing and delivering work orchestration solutions within the Citco Group.

As a core member of BPMG you will be working with some of the industrys most accomplished professionals to deliver high-quality workflow solutions that both our clients and Business Units can depend upon. They will work with multiple and diverse stakeholder groups from across Business Units to optimize and digitize operational processes in order to deliver position bottom-line results for Citco.

• Gather analyze and document business requirements user stories and success criteria.
• Evaluate business processes for potential transformation and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with SMEs and technical teams to brainstorm and assess solution feasibility.
• Develop wireframes mockups and low-fidelity prototypes to visualize business requirements and workflows.
• Document and communicate proposed solutions business outcomes and benefits.
• Establish best practices standard templates and project governance guidelines for executing PoCs/prototype/solution builds.
• Collaborate with Process Owners and Platform teams to implement successful prototypes into production.
• Maintain and groom the product backlog.
• Organize and lead Scrum meetings including stand-ups backlog grooming reviews and retrospectives.
• Mentor and train other team members.
• Preparing comprehensive reports to update stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
• Prepare and present updates to senior leadership team.
• Prepare communications (newsletters and kpoint videos) to showcase the achievements and innovations of the team.

About You:

• 3 years of experience working as a business analyst in an agile environment.

• 1 year of experience working as a lead or equivalent financial services industry experience.

• Experience with designing evaluating and monitoring key metrics.

• Quality and Risk Management experience.

• Possess exceptional communications skills both written and oral.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Ability to clearly articulate complex business problems in simple terms and present solutions.

• Ability to actively listen understand and learn.

• Results driven strong attention to detail adaptability and problem-solving skills.

• Assets:

  • Experience with Kpoint.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.

  • Familiar with Visio and .

  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
