Summer Student - Process and Communication

In the role of Summer Student - Process and Communication , you will support the Customer Care team by preparing process documentation, developing communications to enhance Contact Centre delivery, and assisting with process updates and requests. It’s an excellent job for people who are passionate about customer service and eager to gain practical experience in a collaborative setting.

Placement Details

This is an 4 month summer student placement located in St. Catharines, ON.

What you will do

• Support preparation of process documentation and related Customer Care material as required.
• Develop and support communications to improve Contact Centre delivery.
• Assist with the intake of process updates, clarifications, and related requests. Liaise with support teams as required.
• Post alerts on Customer Care SharePoint site.

Please note that this is a role providing contract labor to Enbridge through Raise, who manages Enbridge’s Student Contractor Program. If you are selected for this position, you will be employed by Raise and will not be an employee of Enbridge.
