As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking a Dock Worker / Receiver for our Edmonton terminal . This position follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 11 : 00 a.m. to 7 : 30 p.m. Overtime and occasional weekend shifts may be required based on operational needs.

Scope of Role :
This role is responsible for receiving, preparing, and shipping freight while supporting drivers and daily warehouse operations. Key responsibilities include :
Receive and inspect materials in warehouse and yard locations
Prepare freight for shipment and ensure proper load securement
Load and offload trucks and LTL carriers using forklifts and warehouse equipment
Prepare Bills of Lading and Manifests and verify documentation (piece count and TDG)
Ship and receive Dangerous Goods and controlled products
Load trucks for safe and legal transport and prepare freight for next-day routes
Complete end-of-day reports and maintain organized records
Support internal teams, customers, and suppliers
Perform general warehouse duties and housekeeping
Participate in safety programs and cross-train in other warehouse roles
What you bring :
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience is required
Forklift certification required (2 years operating experience)
Willingness to complete required on-site safety training and safety modules
Experience with Truckmate and Microsoft Office / Outlook is an asset
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand / walk for full shifts is required
Flexibility to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License is required
