About us :

Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.

Position Overview :

We are looking for a creative, adaptable, and "hungry" designer with an AI-first mindset to join our team. We are open to hiring at either a Junior or Mid-Level, depending on the candidate's portfolio, autonomy, and technical proficiency. The ideal candidate understands great design principles but also knows that efficiency, automation, and adaptability are part of the modern designer’s toolkit.

You will work alongside a talented team to produce high-quality creative for digital and print. This is a role for a designer who takes ownership of their work - whether that means executing a polished layout with speed (Junior) or conceptualizing a new campaign from scratch with minimal supervision (Mid-Level).

What You’ll Do :

Core Responsibilities (All Levels) :

• Design engaging digital assets for email, social, web banners and promotions.
• Edit or collaborate on templated HTML email content, no heavy coding but you should understand structure.
• Create and adapt visuals for automated email workflow.
• Use AI tools to support and speed up design execution where applicable (ex : image generation via Midjourney / Gemini, versioning, layout suggestions).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to build out landing pages and cohesive campaign assets.
• Strictly adhere to and help evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Vous travaillerez au sein d’une équipe talentueuse pour produire du contenu créatif de haute qualité pour le numérique et l’imprimé. Ce poste s’adresse à un designer qui assume pleinement ses responsabilités, que cela signifie exécuter une mise en page soignée avec rapidité (Junior) ou conceptualiser une nouvelle campagne de A à Z avec un minimum de supervision (Intermédiaire).
