Hybrid 5x a month onsite - Downtown Toronto
Hourly Rate : 70-80 / hour depending on relative experience
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical background in software development, solution design, or business systems analysis
- Experience with complex systems integration and enterprise solution architecture
- Proven ability to manage fast-paced, complex technology projects using Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Financial acumen related to project budgeting and cost management
- Demonstrated success in leading Scrum teams and delivering technology projects
- Ability to visualize and communicate solution architecture effectively
- Experience transitioning projects from requirements through to delivery
- Strong recommendations from previous leaders in similar large-scale tech portfolios

Project Leadership
Lead and manage scrum pods as Scrum Master, ensuring agile delivery methodologiesDrive complex systems integration projects involving multiple cross-functional teamsManage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements definition to final deliveryCoordinate delivery across 25+ enterprise systems integration pointsHas demonstrated unique problem solving skills at a large enterpriseTechnical Oversight
Oversee Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations including :Sales Cloud configuration and customizationExperience Cloud developmentSalesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) integrationLoyalty management capabilities implementationManage Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks solution architectureEnsure seamless integration across multi-layer solution architecturesStakeholder Management
Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadershipManage requirements using JIRA and Confluence platforms - Must be able to write complex JIRA queries and should be able to use EazyBI to generate dashboardsPresent project status, risks, and recommendations to senior managementSoft Skills :
