Social Media & Marketing Coordinator (CCNM - Toronto Campus)
Do you want to work for an organization where people care about each other? We are currently looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Social Media & Marketing Coordinator . In this challenging position, you will report to the Manager, Marketing & Communications and be responsible for providing support for CCNM’s ongoing communications and marketing efforts through the development, implementation and evaluation of social media strategies and marketing initiatives. Some of the responsibilities include :
- Develops and maintains an appropriate online social presence on social media channels (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, YouTube, LinkedIn, blogs, and Google Business profiles) that promotes an excellent online image of CCNM and CCNM Clinics
- Collaborates with marketing and communications team to coordinate social media strategies (scope, deliverables and schedules) as well as create and maintain content as required
- Partners with all departments and student community and associations to provide guidance / assistance on the development of social media content, meet their social media objectives, feature opportunities while maintaining brand and content consistency
- Responsible for production / editing of print and digital marketing and ensuring communications and marketing materials meet CCNM brand standards and needs
- Coordinates, markets and hosts monthly clinic webinars which include website event set up and registration, organic social media and paid Facebook / Instagram ads (visual content and writing), email and newsletter marketing and registration reports
Onboarding for this position will be on-site and flexible work schedule will be determined based on operational needs. Available : ASAP Qualifications
Baccalaureate degree in Social Media, Marketing, Digital Media, communications or similar field is requiredIn-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience and understanding of industry best practices for Social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedlin, Tik Tok, YouTube and Google Business Profile, Hootsuite), graphic design applications (Adobe Creative suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat and Illustrator) and email marketing platforms (MailChimp)Combined knowledge of design processes and technologies for web with visual communication skillsAbility to function at an extremely high level on both the PC and MAC platforms and Microsoft Suite softwareExperience with Drupal is an assetProficiency in SEO, web analytics, and social media monitoring toolsExcellent organization, analytical, research and time management skills with ability to work under minimal supervisionExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively– both orally and in writing- with individuals at all levels within the organizationTact, discretion and ability to exercise professional judgment in a highly confidential environmentExperience working with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), established in 1978, is Canada's premier, pan-Canadian academic institution for education and research in naturopathic medicine.
