Notre équipe du département de l’épicerie est essentielle au succès global de Metro en étant responsable des opérations courantes de son département et en créant une expérience client positive!

Vos responsabilités en tant que responsable des produits laitiers :

  • Reçoit et fait le décompte des marchandises destinées à la vente telles que produits d’épicerie, produits laitiers, produits surgelés, produits de boulangerie et tout autre produit vendu par son département, commandées par le (la) gérant(e) du département ou l’assistant(e) gérant(e). Voit à ce que ces marchandises soient correctement mises en place dans l’entrepôt, le réfrigérateur, le congélateur ou tout autre endroit assigné pour l’entreposage;
  • S’assure de la fraicheur des produits;
  • Étiquette et met en tablette, selon les règles du département, les produits destinés à la vente;
  • Effectue les changements de prix sur les tablettes et s’il y a lieu, sur les produits de son département;
  • Effectue, s’il y a lieu, la rotation des marchandises en tablette et tient propres les aires de travail;
  • Est préposé(e) au service à la clientèle dans son département, c’est-à-dire donne le service et répond aux questions soulevées par les client(e)s concernant les produits et services offerts par le département;
  • Voit à la propreté de son département;
  • Exécute toute autre tâche connexe requise par son (sa) supérieur(e) immédiat(e).
