Senior Manager, Canadian Resource Centre (CRC) – Data and Analytics

We are hiring a full-time Senior Manager to join the CRC National Management team. This role may involve travel and work from India. The CRC Senior Manager provides direct support and guidance to offshore and onshore teams so that Canadian audit engagement teams can effectively leverage the CRC Data & Analytics (D&A) Center of Excellence on their audits.

What You Will Do

Operations

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the CRC D&A Center of Excellence in collaboration with the CRC national management team and the CDST team.
• Provide direct support to audit engagement teams to leverage the CRC D&A Center of Excellence on engagements.
• Assist in overseeing the Quality (QMCI) team at the CRC in India by identifying areas for quality improvement and overseeing the implementation of solutions to ensure high audit quality and deliverables.
• Prepare training materials, how-to guides, monthly / quarterly newsletters, and other guidance documents for the internal CRC portal.
• Leverage firm processes and programs to ensure active support of the business.

What You Bring To The Role

English language documentation and guidance creation for national KPMG employees; ability to communicate with English-speaking colleagues across provinces.

Compensation and Perks

The expected base salary range for this position is $86,000 to $150,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program and location-based salary determinations based on skills and qualifications.
