We are seeking an experienced cyber security leader to join our team. As the Manager of Cyber Security you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of the strategic cybersecurity roadmap, ensuring the protection of our technology and information assets, and leading a talented team of cyber security professionals.

Your expertise in cyber security, risk management, and governance will play a pivotal role in crafting our security posture to stay ahead of evolving threats.

What you’ll do :

  • Lead the execution of the cyber security strategy and program
  • Manage an engaged and cohesive team of cyber security professionals
  • Establish and enforce cyber security controls and compliance measures
  • Ensure timely identification and mitigation of cyber security risks and threats
  • Develop and nurture key relationships within and outside the organization to drive cyber security awareness and outcomes

What you’ll need :

  • An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or Business Administration
  • 10 years of progressive experience across multiple technology disciplines (e.g. development, architecture, data, support, infrastructure) and at least 3 years in a formal or informal leadership role
  • A deep understanding of cyber security principles and practices
  • A comprehensive knowledge of information technology systems, networks, and technologies
  • Certifications in cyber security or cloud-based architecture would be an asset
