We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager / Business Analyst.
The Project Manager / Business Analyst will play a key role in LogicalDox in leading the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, liaising directly with senior management to gain a full understanding of their business needs, before returning to the development team at LogicalDox to provide direction on the project.

Position Duties and Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Execution
Leads the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.Develops detailed project schedules, defines key milestones, coordinates resources, and monitors progress against budget.Defines project tasks and resource requirements, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.User Story Documentation
Captures and documents user stories in Jira, translating client requirements into actionable items for development teams.Ensures user stories are clearly defined, prioritized, and understood by all stakeholders.Stakeholder Management and Client Experience
Proactively communicates project expectations, updates, and changes to all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external.Engages with stakeholders to gather business requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.Documentation and Reporting
Develops and maintains a comprehensive project documentation repository in Confluence, including requirements, client materials, change requests, progress reports, and QA documentation.Conducts detailed reporting and project tracking using Jira.Regularly monitors and reports on project progress to stakeholders, providing performance reports based on total hours projected vs. billed and other incurred costs.Quality Assurance Coordination
Collaborates closely with the QA Lead to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Facilitates communication between the project team and QA Lead to address quality issues and ensure alignment with project objectives.Supports the QA Lead in the implementation of quality assurance processes and methodologies.Key Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in project management within the software development industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.Proven experience in client-facing roles; ability to build strong relationships with senior managers in a variety of different industries.Strong organizational and time-management abilities,Proficiency in the following software / tools : Jira; Confluence; SharePoint; Lucid Chart; and Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on capturing and documenting user stories in Jira.Ability to travel across Southern Ontario (mainly the Greater Toronto Area) to attend client sites; must have a valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle.Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an asset.Strong business analysis skills with a track record of successful requirement gathering and solution implementation preferred.Certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are highly valued.If you have the required qualifications and are interested in joining a dynamic, growing business in the unique and exciting software development industry, apply now!
