Job description

Client Relations Specialist - Canada - On Site

Greater Quebec City Metropolitan Area

Overview

Languages : Bilingual

Education : College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience in Human resources management and services.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years

Hybrid – Work must be completed both in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange and co‑coordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Train other workers
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Conduct research
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital database
