About the Role :
The Quality Control professional plays a critical role in ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance within the business services industry. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control processes that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role involves rigorous inspection, testing, and analysis to identify defects or deviations from established standards, thereby preventing subpar outputs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the Quality Control specialist drives continuous improvement initiatives and ensures adherence to regulatory requirements. Ultimately, this role safeguards the company’s reputation by delivering consistent, reliable, and high-quality outcomes that align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for conducting inspections in accordance with inspection specifications and recording the results
Providing daily feedback on any negative findings during QRQC meetings
Indicating the status of the productOverseeing 6S management within the designated areaEnsuring daily inspection and maintenance of equipmentManaging limited samples on a daily basis.Conduct random inspections on finished products periodically, adhering to inspection specifications and maintaining records accordinglyProvide written feedback regarding any negative findings to the responsible department
Label defective products to prevent mixing errorsOversee 6S management within the designated areaEnsure daily inspection and maintenance of equipment, as well as managing limited samplesParticipate in internal and external audits to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and certifications.Train and support staff on quality control processes and the importance of maintaining quality standards.Monitor supplier quality and coordinate with vendors to resolve quality-related concerns.To be a qualified candidate you must meet the following :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within the business services sector.Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry standards such as ISO 9001.Proficiency in data analysis and quality management software.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Key to being successful in this role :
Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor).Experience with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement processes.Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements relevant to business services.Advanced skills in statistical analysis and reporting tools.Strong project management experience.Why work for Minth?
