Freelance French Teacher for in-person lessons in Cambridge, ON, Canada
Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated French Teacher to join our team on a Freelance basis for in-person lessons in Cambridge, ON, Canada.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching French to adults and possess the skills necessary to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
This role requires effective communication, creativity, and a commitment to fostering a love for the French language among students.
Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans.
- Teach French language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, using various instructional methods.
- Maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, French Language, or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate concepts of French language and culture to students of varying skill levels.
- Previous experience in tutoring required.
- A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring learners to appreciate the French language.
Learners' details :
- 1 : 1 in-person lessons
- 2 adult learners
- They are absolute beginners with no knowledge in French
- They are both available for lessons on Fridays and Saturdays Evenings.
- They would like to have 2 lessons per week each.
- Location : Cambridge, Ontario, Canada
- Start Date : 8th November, 2024
- Plans that may affect scheduling : They are planning to travel during the last week of December and first week of January 2025.
