What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Create and maintain patient records in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and regular updatesExecute essential administrative tasks critical to the progression of patients through the programEnsure data integrity and act as a liaison between team membersHandle incoming and outgoing faxes in a timely and appropriate mannerOrganize work schedules to complement working hours across multiple time zonesWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or data entry roleExcellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programsExperience with SalesForce or another CRM system is an assetAbility to communicate effectively in English and French (oral and written)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
