Job Description

We’re currently looking for an experienced Welder / Fitter to join our team at our Gormley facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality work, safety, and teamwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

Fit and weld metal components based on drawings and specifications
Perform MIG welding (and other welding methods as required)
Read and interpret blueprints / shop drawings
Measure, cut, grind, and prep materials
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work with supervisors and team members to meet production targets

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Welder / Fitter

Strong ability to read blueprints and measure accurately

Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded

Comfortable working in a shop / manufacturing environment

Welding certifications are an asset (but not mandatory)

Job Details

Location : Gormley

Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $25–$29 / hour (based on experience)
