The Opportunity
Our client is hiring an Associate Account Manager to support its commercial insurance operations during a period of growth. This is a servicing focused role supporting renewals, policy administration, and process improvement within a highly specialized insurance environment.

About You
You are a commercially experienced insurance professional who is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable supporting complex accounts. You enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure renewals and servicing are handled accurately and efficiently, and you are interested in contributing to long term process improvement and documentation initiatives.

Necessary Qualifications Include
• Level 2 commercial insurance license in good standing
• Experience in commercial account management or account servicing
• Familiarity with EPIC broker management system
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow up skills
• Experience supporting renewals, policy changes, and documentation
• Comfort working remotely with cross functional teams
