Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or an equivalent is required. Experience in human resources or a related field is preferred. Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with coworkers. Experience educating and coaching employees. Experience with workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution. Experience adhering to and maintaining workplace privacy. Capability to deliver presentations Understanding of relevant health and safety laws. Experience with a variety of computer tasks. Knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
