Job Highlights :

Manages parts sales from ordering to delivery by ensuring inter-department coordination.
Provides support to international and domestic customers.
Processes warranty claims.
Monitors sales revenue and issue reports to management.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Respond to customer inquiries and incoming work requests.

Process quotations and sales orders in ERP system, ensuring accuracy and proper pricing.

Assist with pricing structure and strategy.

Handle warranty claims, non-conformance reports, and customer credit notes.

Effectively communicate with customers on inquiries, sales order status, and shipments details ensuring on-time delivery.

Manage sales order from initiation to completion and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Handle and resolve customer complaints and orders conflict.

Facilitate technical support and contribute to aftermarket training programs, marketing literature, and bulletins.

Analyze large data sets to support decision-making and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience :

High School Diploma or higher.

Minimum of two years of office-based work experience in customer support role or equivalent.

Knowledge & Skills :

Proficient in MS Office, email, and internet applications. Advanced excel skills is an asset.

Strong organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Adaptability and teamwork skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Fluent in English with good interpersonal skills. Second language is not required but an asset. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondences, and memos. Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and maintain a high level of professionalism. Must be organized, neat and be a team player.
