Program Delivery Manager

Skills & Experience : Minimum of 7 years’ experience in direct Project Management supplemented with demonstrated experience in leading large-scale projects and teamsBachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experienceIT background with waterfall project delivery experience and experience selecting and deploying new software or integrating existing systemsSelf-directed with a track record of accountability and ownershipStrong knowledge of project management principles, standards, and processesProactively anticipate and manage changes in project scopeIn-depth knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and methodsSuperior interpersonal skills (written and oral communications)Demonstrated ability to lead project teams in a dynamic environment and engage diverse groups of stakeholdersStrong awareness of privacy and confidentialityKnowledge and experience in Quality Assurance and testing methodologiesProficiency in project management software toolsSelf-motivated and possess excellent time management and organizational skillsStrong analytic and decision-making abilitiesDemonstrate good judgment and an ability to build consensus among groups with differing prioritiesDemonstrate leadership, influence, communication, presentation and facilitation skills while balancing multiple initiativesProject Management certification considered an asset (e.G.
