Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records
• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting
• Support payroll invoicing and billing processes
• Prepare and maintain financial statements spreadsheets and reports
• Ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards and healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with finance operations and administration teams
• Assist with audits and internal controls
