About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain our hybrid infrastructure, which spans both cloud and on-premises environments . This role is hands‑on and involves managing IoT devices at scale, developing tools for system deployment and monitoring, and leading modernization projects from design through production. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the development of reliable, secure, and scalable systems, while mentoring teammates and driving best practices in infrastructure engineering.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for both cloud‑based and on‑premise environments, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability
• Develop and introduce tools to enhance the deployment, management, and monitoring of customer premise equipment, IoT devices and backend systems.
• Manage system architecture and modernization projects , driving them from design through implementation to production operations
• Enhance observability and monitoring of infrastructure and IoT devices, developing both custom tooling and utilizing off‑the‑shelf offerings
• Implement secure connectivity solutions to ensure resilient and safe device‑to‑cloud communication
• Mentor and guide team members , sharing best practices in infrastructure, monitoring, and system design
• Partner with DevOps and relevant teams to integrate infrastructure with CI / CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployments and upgrades
