As project lead, you support the project sponsor and oversee a work team involved in cross‑sector projects and initiatives to ensure objectives are met. You participate in all the different project phases, from design to rollout, and organize, manage, and control the human, material, financial, and IT resources needed to deliver very large‑scale, innovative projects involving multiple sectors. Your initiative requires extensive, in‑depth knowledge of your field of expertise, and you are responsible for strategic projects that are complex and require comprehensive analysis of the organization and its line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in many other fields. You lead, influence, and serve as expert to teams, senior management, and decision‑making bodies. You represent and act on behalf of the organization, and help negotiate agreements with external providers.

Responsibilities

• Work on deliverables with contribution managers, ensuring business objectives are met, benefits are delivered, and budgets and timelines are respected.
• Ensure that the material, human, and financial resources needed to meet the target business objectives are available.
• Manage, monitor, and communicate the roadmap and budget, and define and promote governance.
• Identify and handle project issues and risks.
• Prepare reports and status updates for the project sponsor and other decision‑making bodies, and help manage internal and external suppliers.
