Position Overview : We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with a strong focus on training, employee development, and policy implementation. This role will play a key part in ensuring our workforce is well-trained, engaged, and aligned with company policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Identify training needs and work with leadership to address skill gaps.
  • Track training effectiveness and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company guidelines.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, workplace conduct, and best practices.
  • Act as a resource for employees, answering HR-related inquiries.
  • Support performance management initiatives, coaching, and feedback processes.

Requirements :

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, training techniques, and compliance.
  • Experience with an HRIS system (BambooHR) is a plus.
  • 2+ years in HR, training, or policy development.
  • Conducting training and development programs for employees.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Degree in human resources management or CHRP an asset.
