Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong business background combined with technical expertise, enabling them to manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work cross-functionally with various teams.

The candidate should have a strong background in biology, chemistry, or medical devices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap in alignment with healthcare industry goals.
  • Lead the development and execution of product strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs to ensure successful product launches
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market needs and opportunities
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to commercialization, including product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and regulatory submissions
  • Provide training and support to the sales team and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions for product improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology or Chemistry a strong asset.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles, including Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in healthcare, medical device development or pharmaceutical.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA).
