Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Estimator role located in Cambridge, ON. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for large painting projects. The role will involve collaborating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in estimating, project management, and construction
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and other project documents
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs and labor
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certification or degree in Construction Management or related field
