We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor Security Operations to lead and oversee our security teams. In this critical role you will ensure the safety and security of patients staff and visitors while managing daytoday operations responding to emergencies and coordinating with external agencies. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in security management staff supervision and emergency response. The Supervisor will oversee staff management ensure compliance with safety standards and foster effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves varied hours with the majority scheduled during evenings nights and weekends.
Duties
Lead Security Operations Exemplify a commitment to ethical service by treating all individuals with dignity and respect.
Coordinate security responses to emergencies and hospital codes (e.g. Code White Code Red).
Conduct detailed investigations of incidents including thefts and other security breaches.
Identify and address potential security risks.
