Certified Electrician

Certified Electricians do more than keep the lights on – they play a key role in keeping our electrical equipment, controls and business running safely and reliably. Masters of their craft, our Electricians are invaluable when it comes to ensuring our equipment and teams are set up for success.

We’re looking for a Red Seal Certified Electrician to join our Athabasca OSB Division, located in Slave Lake, Alberta. This state‑of‑the‑art facility has the longest continuous press in North America, giving us the ability to produce a diverse range of innovative products for customers around the world.

Qualifications

• Experience working as an Electrician with a valid Interprovincial Red Seal ticket .
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills .
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) – preferably JD Edwards.
• Strong communication skills .
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook .
• Previous experience in a forest products environment is considered an asset.
