The team supports multiple initiatives across Compliance and AML. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and content curation to support change management activities and corporate communications.

Typical Day in Role :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, develop, review, and disseminate Compliance and AML-related information to stakeholders across the organization
- Support the development of internal communications including, but not limited to presentations, scripts, newsletters, documents, videos, and digital content, and townhalls
- Contribute to the planning and management of the department’s SharePoint site, to ensure content is timely and meets audience needs
- Monitor the effectiveness of change management and communication strategies to ensure continuous improvement
Must Have Skills :
1) 5+ years of experience working in a Communications role
2) Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word)
3) Strong oral and written skills in both English and Spanish
Nice-To-Have Skills :
1) Experience working in an FI
2) Experience working in a communications role within an FI or large, multinational organization
