We are looking for a motivated and experienced Temporary Phone Operator and Scheduler to join our client in Lower Sackville. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth communication with our customers and efficient scheduling of appointments.
You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and provide crucial support to our team members. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm
Pay : $18 per hour
Only applicants who can start ASAP will be considered as this as an immediate need for a vacation leave coverage

Responsibilities
Professionally answer and make phone calls.
Assist customers, providing information and addressing concerns.
Schedule appointments, confirm, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient scheduling.
Handle customer requests promptly and courteously.
Maintain organized appointment scheduling systems.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointments.
Perform receptionist duties with a friendly demeanor.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a phone operator or receptionist role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent.
