Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our client, a leading global logistics provider specializing in comprehensive supply chain solutions. In this position, you will develop and target an ideal client profile to efficiently populate the sales funnel with qualified accounts, ensuring expedited target achievement. This role reports directly to the Canadian Head of Sales.
Responsibilities :
- Enhance customer satisfaction through process improvements and efficient communication.
- Prepare proposals, consult on solutions, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with leads and customers via meetings, calls, and emails.
- Identify and resolve issues in active accounts, and drive adoption of products in dormant
accounts.
Participate in marketing programs and events, and provide account support and training onproducts.
Travel as required.Requirements :
