Overview

As a

Technology Architect

you will be part of a customer‑obsessed team that builds software enabling customers to optimize business processes. The role is based in Mississauga, ON and focuses on designing, implementing, testing and maintaining Dynamics 365 solutions that drive data‑driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead technical design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (Sales, Marketing, Field Services) and related integrations.

Develop plugins, workflows, .Net, JavaScript, Portals and complex API integrations.

Work directly with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide design discussions.

Single point of contact (Technical SME) for all reviews, reporting, signoffs and approvals.

Mentor developers, drive technical investigations and support project management principles.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Marketing, Field Services).

Hands‑on expertise in customizations, configurations and complex custom development.

Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 coding best practices and Microsoft technologies (Power Automation, Power BI, Azure).

Experience designing enterprise‑level architecture, performance and scalability considerations.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and cross‑discipline collaboration skills.

Additional Skills

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Experience in troubleshooting and driving technical investigations.

Mentoring Developers and participating in company wide initiatives.

Solid communication and cross‑discipline collaboration skills.

Strong customer focus and independent decision making in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture / Design / Detailing of Processes.

Working Conditions

The role requires extended periods of computer use, effective communication via telephone, email or face to face, and may involve travel as required.

Compensation

Estimated annual salary range for candidates based in Ontario : $98,486 to $123,375.
