• A post-secondary degree in a discipline such as business administration, finance and economics from an accredited educational institution. Proof of the degree is requested with the response.
• Data management certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.
• Robotic Process Automation certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.
• Python Programming certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.
• 10 years' experience in a mid-to-senior management role leading enterprise-wide corporate services and finance functions including forecasting, measurement, and reporting in a large publicly funded enterprise. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the work that totals at least 10 years.
• 5 years' experience managing and reporting on both capital and operating budgets. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the work that totals at least 5 years and that specifies the nature of the work being either operating or capital.
• 5 years' experience in cost / benefit analysis. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the work that totals at least 5 years.
• 5 years' experience in writing business cases. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the work that totals at least 5 years.
• 5 years' experience overseeing financial planning and reporting in a health-care environment. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the work that totals at least 5 years.
