We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in the success of our projects. As a Contract Administrator, you will be at the forefront of project execution, ensuring seamless communication, meticulous adherence to contractual obligations, and ultimately contributing to the realization of our clients’ visions.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate closely with project teams to negotiate and review contracts with GCs and sub-trades.
  • Monitor contract performance with laser-like focus, ensuring strict adherence to terms and conditions.
  • Act as liason between project stakeholders, swiftly resolving disputes and addressing concerns to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain meticulous project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and payment certifications.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure the highest standards of quality.
  • Partner with internal teams / Construction Manager and site supervisors to swiftly resolve construction-related issues.
  • Track project costs and expenditures with precision, identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements :

  • 10+ years experience and a proven track record in contract administration within the construction industry, preferably on educational projects.
  • Deep understanding of construction contracts
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Obsessively detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
