Overview of The Role

As part of a PC refresh project for users in Montreal you will be responsible for providing Level 2 technical support primarily for the installation configuration and replacement of computer workstations. You will work directly with users to ensure a smooth transition to new equipment and contribute to resolving deployment-related incidents.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter :

Manage requests related to PC refresh through the ticketing system (Remedy).

Install and configure computer hardware and software on Windows 11.

Maintain effective communication with users to facilitate migration and resolve issues encountered.

Participate in continuous service improvement and document project steps.

You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications :

Currently pursuing a college or university degree in Information Technology;

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Bilingualism(English and French) : the incumbent will have to communicate and collaborate in English both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec as well as in the rest of Canada or in North America.

SALARY : starting at $2130 per hour

• Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience education skills and training.
