Vous fournirez du soutien administratif général au vice-président, ainsi qu’à d’autres collègues au sein de la division.
Ce que vous ferez :
- Coordonner les horaires et prendre des dispositions de déplacements
- Contribuer à l’organisation des événements et des activités de la division
- Participer à l’élaboration et au suivi du budget de la division
- Organiser diverses réunions d’équipe et y participer
- Organiser et coordonner la documentation relative aux réunions
Ce que nous recherchons :
- Aptitudes à travailler en collaboration en faisant preuve d’assurance, de dynamisme et d’ouverture
- Capacité d’accomplir plusieurs tâches à la fois de façon organisée et minutieuse
- Solides habiletés à communiquer et approche favorisant l’esprit d’équipe et l’initiative
- Excellentes aptitudes à la résolution de problèmes
Ce qu’il vous faut :
- Diplôme ou certificat en administration et au moins trois ans d’expérience connexe (ou un agencement équivalent d’études et d’expérience)
- Maîtrise des applications logicielles standards d’entreprise
