We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our warehouse team. Reporting to the Department Manager, the Material Handler will play a key role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory handling, efficient material flow, and compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and Health & Safety and BRC requirements.

This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys working collaboratively across departments.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, storage, labelling, and distribution of goods
• Load and unload materials safely, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage or loss
• Strap packed and wrapped skids in accordance with SOPs and quality standards prior to shipment
• Organize and store inventory efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Pull and stage materials according to production schedules and management approval
• Pick required hardware based on daily and weekly reports and prepare materials for other departments
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and update warehouse / ERP systems (inventory-focused roles)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Planning, Purchasing, and other departments to meet operational and customer requirements
• Monitor warehouse equipment and report any product, equipment, or safety concerns to management
• Perform all work in compliance with BRC standards, quality requirements, and Health & Safety policies
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet productivity and scheduling goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Work overtime, weekends, or flexible hours as required
