Responsibilities

  • Perform inbound / outbound collections calls regarding overdue payments.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and offer hardship solutions.
  • Maintain detailed activity records and follow policies.
  • Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, BMO products, and collections practices.
  • Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Additional Information

    Salary range : $35,000 - $52,000. Compensation may include incentives and benefits. BMO values inclusivity and provides accommodations during the hiring process.
