Parts Consultant Birchwood Honda on Regent Winnipeg, MB

Reporting Relationship : This position reports directly to the Parts Manager.

Job Summary : Birchwood Honda on Regent is seeking a Parts Consultant to join our team!

The Parts Consultant is responsible for tracking, stocking, and monitoring parts for ordering purposes within the department. The role emphasizes matching customer needs with the appropriate parts or services. Additionally, the Parts Consultant assists in the operations of the Parts department to maximize efficiency and ensure on-time deliveries, including Parts Shipping / Receiving as needed.

Qualifications :

• Relationship expert committed to customer satisfaction
• Experience with ADP or Reynolds & Reynolds preferred
• Knowledge of tire selling and aftermarket performance parts is an asset
• High attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
