Responsibilities

Sales

Train team members in strong customer support and sales techniques

Provide warm welcome to customers and help them find what they need

Coordinate store activities and tasks with management

Ensure high quality customer service and smooth store operation

Achieve personal sales goals (training provided)

Share information with team to meet joint sales goals

Human Resources

Mobilize the team and create a positive work environment

Bring company vision, mission, and brand culture to life

Demonstrate leadership and act as role model

Recruit, train, and develop next‑generation employees

Manage team members’ absences / lateness

Marketing & Visual Presentation

Create attractive store layout based on planograms

Monitor competition and build brand image

Assist with order planning and visual displays

Maintain store and back‑store appearance

Administration

Analyze sales, traffic, and productivity reports

Open and close the store

Apply policies and procedures of head office

Perform other duties as needed to support the team
