A small real estate management company is looking for a part-time bookkeeper.

The successful candidate will have their own transportation and will be expected to be in the office for this work to speak with management as required. Once familiarized, we expect the candidate to come in 5-10 hours per month as required to update financial records.

This position is especially suitable for someone who is retired / semi-retired and has some knowledge of commercial real estate. We use Sage Simply Accounting and expect the candidate to be familiar with that program.
