Role and Responsibilities
Work together with the global TPM team to manage large scale program that requires strong program management, risk management, and problem-solving skillsUnderstand the system’s functional and non‐functional requirements, plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlinesIdentify problems and improvement opportunities in engineering practices, processes, and project organization, manage the change impact and communicate to stakeholders to get buy in of changes and enforce accepted changesUse data and requirements to help improve vision and suggest service improvementsManage issues, risks and escalations, and own the work to solve problems and remove blockersProvide visibility and transparency to project status, issues, schedule and manage project deliverablesAdopt Scrum methodology and Agile practices and conduct scrum meetings when necessarySkills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Technical Program Manager for software or system projects, preferably in complex multi-site working environmentPrevious software engineering experience with solid understanding of the full SDLC preferredExperience in cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)Knowledge of AWS services EC2, S3, RDS, Mongo etc. would be an assetA record of successful delivery of software applicationsStrong sense of ownership, urgency, and driveWell organized, good communication and reporting skillsExperience of working with remote teams to delivery software product togetherAbility to successfully work under tight project deadlinesThe salary range for this role is expected to be between $95,000 to $147,500 and reflects base salary only . Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills and experience.
