85 per hour Job Type : Full-time 6-month contract We are seeking an experienced business to business Collections Coordinator to work for a well-known Fortune 500 employer! This role is fully remote with only one day in the Saint-Laurent office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of customer accounts to discuss timely payment of outstanding balances.
The Collections Coordinator will work closely with clients, accounting and sales teams to resolve outstanding issues and maintain good relationships with customers.

Responsibilities : - Following up with B2B clients on amounts due (friendly reminders) - Performing collections and some credit management - Contacting customers by phone, email, or mail to perform soft collections and resolve outstanding issues - Working closely with accounting and sales teams to identify and resolve payment issues - Executing accounts analysis and reports as needed - Collaborating with stakeholders from different organizations and countries Requirements : - At least two years of experience in B2B collections - Bilingual to work with customers outside of Quebec - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with collections software (SAP an asset) If you are interested, please send your resume in Word format to Hannah Tiongson at the following address : hannah.
