IT Vendor Management

PrecisionERP is seeking an IT Vendor Management Analyst to work initial 7-month Hybrid style contract with our client in Toronto, ON.

The resource is expected to work 2 days onsite per week from Queen's Quay East Toronto ON.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of relevant experience required
• Facilitate internal and external vendor scorecards and present Executive dashboards / reports.
• Support the development and management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators.
• Conduct vendor Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) including presentations, data analysis and be the lead Vendor IT Relationship SME.
• Analyze commercial contractual terms, pricing structures, and historical spend data to identify relationship opportunities and support vendors performance enhancement.
• Assist and maintain the setup of the VMO module within ServiceNow.
• Support the Vendor Risk framework by providing data analysis for informed decision-making in vendor selection, onboarding and annual assessments.
• Research and provide competitive supplier landscape information to support Contract Owners, Procurement and negotiations
