0 FTE Continuing A Permanent Teachers On-Call (TOC) is a full-time continuing employee who will be placed into long-term temporary positions (i.

e. medical, parental leaves etc.), a continuing contract or work day to day in various Elementary Schools. Teachers in this position are required to work every day.
