Service Coordinator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Coordinator to oversee service operations, customer relations, and internal procedures.

This role involves coordinating service appointments, managing work orders, ensuring timely follow-up on parts and inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and schedule service appointments with customers, ensuring technician availability and timely service delivery.
• Follow up on parts requisitions and inventory transfers for repairs and service calls.
• Maintain accurate records for the service department, including work orders, cost calculations, and other documentation.
• Conduct telemarketing or outreach activities to promote services and maintain customer relationships.
• Organize shipping and collection of equipment, ensuring accurate purchase orders and timelines.
• Handle service-related inquiries and provide accurate quotes to customers.
• Assist in managing inventory for rental equipment and ensure proper shipping, receiving, and invoicing processes.
• Support the supervisor in service technician meetings and other operational tasks. Prerequisites :
• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in administration or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or customer service experience.
• Experience coordinating a service team is an asset. Skills and Competencies :
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
