The ideal candidate is motivated, energetic, and skilled at building strong relationships with business leaders and key decision-makers. This individual should be a team player who works hard, embraces new challenges, and thrives in a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate must also be able to travel to Vaughan, Ontario, twice per month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities within assigned industries.
  • Build relationships with potential clients and prospects, particularly within the “Agency World”
  • Conduct outbound calls to medium-sized businesses across North America.
  • Research and generate new leads for outreach and follow-up.
  • Develop a sales pipeline by identifying prospects, creating business opportunities, and maintaining existing client relationships using HubSpot.
  • Gain experience in selling digital products and services.
  • Provide support to existing clients and identify opportunities to enhance partnerships.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to review goals and progress.
  • Leverage approved social media channels for networking and client engagement.
  • Assist in preparing for client negotiations and renewals.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of corporate sales or prospecting experience.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and strong organizational skills.
  • Some experience in public relations, marketing, advertising, or CPG industries is an asset.
  • Familiarity with the sales cycle, including prospecting, needs analysis, presentation, and closing.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with presenting ideas and solutions.
  • Basic understanding of social media and influencer marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like HubSpot is an asset.
  • Eager to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
