To collaborate with all levels including Store Management, Market Management, and Subject Matter Experts. Responsible for educating associates and managers on compliance programs, monitoring compliance controls, identifying root causes, driving corrective actions, and continuous improvement to build trust with customers, associates, stakeholders, and regulatory entities.
Deliver compliance and safety awareness leveraging Ethics and Compliance resources. Drive compliance improvement by conducting assessments across designated areas such as Health & Safety, Environmental, Consumer Protection, Anti Money Laundering, Food Safety, Privacy, Employment, Licenses & Permits, and Anti-Corruption. Provide on-the-spot compliance training, analyze data to identify gaps and trends, support action plan creation, participate in regulatory visits, manage accident files, foster communication with Store Management, assist with customer claim documentation, manage maintenance requests, resolve issues via escalation tools, conduct safety inspections, and follow up on safety actions.
