New Business Intake Administrator
ABOUT THE POSITION
Our client is looking to hire an New Business Intake Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be new in their admin career.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Manage the administration of new business intake process and data entry;
- Basic accounts payable / accounts receivable tasks;
- Basic trust-related tasks;
- Processing client disbursements;
- Communicating information to all levels of staff;
- Responding to queries regarding file opening;
- Some overtime may be required during peak season;
- Perform other duties as required.
- 0-1 years experience
- Able to work a hybrid schedule
- Experienced user of MS Office
- Experience in a legal environment is an asset
- Experience with Elite is an asset
- An aptitude for administrative processes, and quality control;
- Previous work experience in a legal environment is an asset;
- Able to follow instructions and ask clarifying questions as required;
- Must have intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Advanced level communications, both verbal and written;
- Critical thinker;
- Resourceful;
- Aptitude to learn quickly, particularly in relation to software, processes, programs, etc;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Keen desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude;
- Professional manner in communicating with others;
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, and teamwork skills
