ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client is looking to hire an New Business Intake Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be new in their admin career.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Manage the administration of new business intake process and data entry;
  • Basic accounts payable / accounts receivable tasks;
  • Basic trust-related tasks;
  • Processing client disbursements;
  • Communicating information to all levels of staff;
  • Responding to queries regarding file opening;
  • Some overtime may be required during peak season;
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • 0-1 years experience
  • Able to work a hybrid schedule
  • Experienced user of MS Office
  • Experience in a legal environment is an asset
  • Experience with Elite is an asset
  • An aptitude for administrative processes, and quality control;
  • Previous work experience in a legal environment is an asset;
  • Able to follow instructions and ask clarifying questions as required;
  • Must have intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Advanced level communications, both verbal and written;
  • Critical thinker;
  • Resourceful;
  • Aptitude to learn quickly, particularly in relation to software, processes, programs, etc;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Keen desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude;
  • Professional manner in communicating with others;
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking, and teamwork skills
