Pay Rate - $80k+ (based on experience) + (car, uncapped commission & bonus)
About the Role
As a Territory Sales Representative , you will drive business growth by promoting innovative engineered products and solutions within your designated territory. This role involves engaging with end-users, engineering firms, contractors, and distributors, with a focus on the mining and industrial sectors. You will play a key role in fostering relationships, generating sales, and supporting our local distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for and sell our products, concepts, and services to prospects, specifiers, buyers, distributors, and end-users.
Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market research to gather competitive insights and inform sales strategies.Regularly report findings to your manager for strategic planning.Sales Planning
Collaborate with your manager to set and achieve sales objectives and forecasts.Adapt strategies based on market trends.Client Relations
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, prospects, and distributors.Promotional Activities
Execute approved promotion plans, including presentations, trade shows, training seminars, branch visits, and installation tours.Project Development
Identify and pursue significant construction, expansion, and retrofit projects with high sales potential.Cross-territory Collaboration
Partner with corporate sales teams to capitalize on inter-territorial sales opportunities.Distributor Development
Strengthen distributor networks to ensure excellent customer service standards.Pricing Strategy
Adhere to pricing guidelines and recommend special pricing for managerial approval as needed.Specification Improvement
Enhance clients’ written specifications to better align with company products.Quotation Management
Prepare comprehensive quotation requests, including application details, specifications, pricing, and deadlines.Skill Development
Stay informed about industry trends and communicate training needs to your manager.Team Collaboration
